The Outreach Hub is focused on advancing the goals of ASU by:
Providing expertise in media planning/buying to support ASU’s evolving enrollment and growth goals.
- Developing and implementing the paid media and advertising that contribute to the achievement of ASU EdPlus’ goals for online student enrollment.
- Planning and executing paid media to support brand and recruitment campaigns in key markets among priority audiences.
- Planning and implementing paid campaigns to support Sun Devil Athletics ticket offers and multi-sport fan experiences.
- Planning and placing paid media at all budget levels and for all media types that support ASU unit goals for attracting students, launching programs, driving event attendance, reaching donors and more.
- Supporting the goals of Learning Enterprise to launch offerings and reach universal learners across the lifespan.
Generating more alumni and fan support through data-informed targeting and messaging delivered via integrated performance marketing channels.
- Connecting across ASU to align messaging, experience and delivery toward activating ASU’s 1 million degreed and non-degreed alumni.
- Enhancing owned alumni marketing and engagement channels, including the alumni.asu.edu website, email outreach, alumni and chapter newsletters, and Sun Devil Rewards and ASU license plate affinity programs.
- Maintaining and enhancing the ASU alumni database, providing access and reporting on key metrics.
- Collaborating with Learning Enterprise to build awareness of lifelong learning offerings among alumni.
- Working with Sun Devil Athletics to build pride and increase alumni participation and support.
- Extending corporate partnerships, bringing offerings to alumni through multichannel outreach and activation.
Providing best-in-class marketing and outreach solutions to support fundraising goals in partnership with the ASU Foundation and other affiliates in ASU Enterprise Partners.
- Planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives to generate awareness and interest in the ASU Changing Futures campaign.
- Designing and executing personalized, omnichannel campaigns to help improve donor acquisition and retention outcomes.
- Optimizing the ASUfoundation.org website to improve the donor experience.
- Promoting ASU Link as a platform for donor self-service and engagement.
